The Floyd Partnership offers advisory, consultancy, teaching and training services to both private and public sector organisations. We operate at a senior level, working alongside our clients and helping them resolve strategic and practical issues.

Chris draws on a long career of helping product companies to grow, through international expansion, acquisition, and effective R&D and product development.  He spent thirteen years as business development director at Rolls-Royce, where he developed and implemented the strategy to expand the group’s non aerospace businesses around the world.  He also draws on his previous experience with Arthur D. Little, where he co-led the consultancy’s technology and innovation management practice, and worked for many of Europe’s leading manufacturing companies.

His focus is on helping engineering and industrial products businesses to grow, through clearer business strategies, improved R&D and product development, and partnerships and acquisitions worldwide. He also offers teaching, training and mentoring for corporate clients.

Liz draws on her extensive clinical and academic experience in healthcare to provide training and mentoring to healthcare workers in Africa, and to work with NGOs there to help them to be more effective.

Examples of our recent work are described in more detail elsewhere on this website.

We are also both shareholders in, and directors of, the Karoo Ridge Conservancy, which owns and operates a large game conservancy in the Karoo region of South Africa, set up to breed rare game and to conserve the Karoo landscape.

We are always interested in hearing from potential clients, so please do not hesitate to contact us for an initial discussion.
