We offer advisory, consultancy and training services to business and government, drawing on our extensive practical and academic experience.  We work across a wide range of industries and market sectors, concentrating on those areas where one of us has relevant domain experience or functional knowledge; Chris focuses on helping engineering and industrial products companies to grow, advising on strategy, international expansion, acquisition and product development, and providing mentoring on corporate governance.

Liz focuses on providing training and mentoring to healthcare workers in Africa, working with NGOs there to help them to be more effective.

We are also both directors of Karoo Ridge Conservancy, a game conservancy in South Africa.

Our primary geographic focus is the UK, but we operate world-wide. We are currently active in the UK, across Europe and in sub-saharan Africa.  We have also worked in North and South America, India, China, Japan and across the Far East.
